   I have read this book occasionally when i get time, and man, its a really good book. The author has been through really tough times and amazed to see still standing! The book also emphasises on her experiences, and what she learned from those experiences.

   I ordered this book – And what I could get is just a life time exprience. It’s Okay to Not Be Okay and realised that healing isn’t linear, and self-love takes time.
   Ghanishta’s honesty makes this book a comforting reminder that we’re never alone in our struggles.
   Overall, a good book with a powerful message.
